April 08

Dear Friends and Family,

I mentioned in a past post that I accepted a position with a company called ZAGG and started with them in the beginning of March. ZAGG Inc. is located in SLC Utah and so with the acceptance of this position came the need to relocate our family. I've been working down here M-F and going home on the weekends to help get our home ready for the market. I've also been spending evenings looking around to get a feel for where we may choose to relocate. I'm living with my friend who recruited me to ZAGG - Derek Smith. He lives in Alpine Utah and has been kind enough to let me set up my "home away from home" in their spare bedroom in their basement. It really works out great. Derek and I commute in to work together and get to fly past everyone as we cruise by in the carpool lane.

Lareen and the kids have worked very hard (mostly Lareen) getting our home staged and ready for sh The past couple of weeks was the kids Spring Break so I had the joy of enjoying their company for 2 weeks down here in Utah. The whole family stayed with me in Derek's basement. Yes, the Smith family deserves many blessings for their incredible patience and hospitality. Lareen and Bethany (Derek's wife) got along great and our kids had a really good time together as well. It was a 'real' vacation for our kids. They were thrilled that they were away from home with no work for 2 whole weeks. They spent a day at Hogle Zoo, played with the Zanders and Griffins, had fun days at parks, trampoline jumping centers, a fun cooking place where they all got to learn to be chef's and basically had fun for 2 weeks. It was just what all of us needed. Lareen got a nice break, the kids got to relax and I got to see them every night for 2 weeks!

Now we are back to normal... :-( They went home yesterday.

Please keep our "home sale" in your prayers so we can get back together as a family sooner vs. later.

I'm loving my job!!! It is more my style - fast paced, high energy, very demanding, creative, and small enough to change and evolve quickly. It is so much fun, we have so many exciting things happening and I love the people I'm working with. It is great to be working with competent people who have their roles and know how to execute on them so I can focus on my role and trust the fact that the other pieces are in good shape. If you haven't looked into the stock - you should. I can't tell you specifics but I can STRONGLY suggest that the timing is great to get an excellent value. I can't guarantee exact timing of the stock price going up so this isn't a "day trader" type of investment, but I do think that after the next 30 to 90 days the current pricing will become a thing of the past. Enough of that - I would just feel guilty if I didn't give my friends and family this stock tip... buy ZAGG now!

If you can forward our home's web page to anyone that you know who might be in the market for a great home in Greenleaf here is the web address
