Dear friends and family,
This will be short. Things are stressful but we are blessed.
The election is heating up and the mud is flying. I'm dealing with lies and slander in the paper - it was a little hard to have a good attitude and the right spirit today in church. I had just read the paper before I left. New rule, no more reading the paper before I go to Church. I am learning why good people don't run for office - I often question my sanity these days.
Hannah's soccer is over and we are done with Piano for the summer - we are ready for a break!!!
Our poor garden has been rototilled, but who knows if we'll have time to get anything planted this year - maybe after the election.
We are happy and healthy. Still haven't found a home for Lareen's brother... please keep them in your prayers. We helped him look more tonight. Everytime we think we have found a solution - it doesn't work out. Just need patience... something will work out.
