Dear Family and Friends,

Those of you who live in the Treasure Valley have already received an email tonight about the Packer home for sale. I thought I'd better hurry and follow up with an explanation.

I was offered a job in Salt Lake City and I accepted it. I will be the new VP of Marketing for a company called Zagg (www.zagg.com - NASDAQ = ZAGG). While I was looking for a job last fall I sent my resume around to anyone and everyone (you remember). Well, a good friend of mine (he was my Best Man), Derek Smith is with Zagg and wanted to try to work something out with me last fall - but it didn't work out. In January while I was in SLC for an HP event I met with Derek and the CEO of Zagg (Robert) and they expressed genuine interest in me joining with them. I was genuinely not sure. I told them I had a solid thing with HP and that the offer would have to make a lot of sense to have us move to Utah. Well, the offer made a lot of sense, the company is great and we made the decision as a family today to take the leap.

I start next Monday. I will be in Utah M-F and home on the weekends until we sell our home. We had some other issues that had come to a "head" so to speak with the recent demise of BlueLine (www.bluelinegrassroots.com) and this opportunity has been an answer to prayers. By selling our home we can use the equity to clean up the rest of the BlueMess and we can get a fresh start with an excellent company. We have been very blessed to live here in Greenleaf in a home we built and loved. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and hope to maintain our many friendships we have developed here for many years to come.

The title of our monthly newsletter may change - but we'll keep sending it and keeping everyone up to date on the comings and goings of the Packer family.
